Restaurant Inspections Search
Food service establishments in the City of Rosenberg are regulated in accordance
with the "Texas Food Establishment Rules". The establishments are rated using
a scaled scoring system. The system is based on a score of 100 (one hundred) less
the demerit value of the documented violations. A critical violation is a violation
that presents a potential danger to the public health and is assigned a demerit weight
of four or five. A non-critical violation is a violation not considered to significantly
affect the public health and is assigned a lesser demerit weight. All critical
violations require immediate correction while the non-critical require corrective
action within ten to ninety days. A numerical score and a letter grade are issued
following a documented inspection.
The food service establishment is required to display this score card within view of the
consumer. As a result, this web site will be updated with the inspected establishment's
score following a routine inspection. Please use the form below to view the
inspection score of an establishment near you. Comments or suggestions? Contact Us.
